Job description:

We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, coordination with clients, scheduling / conducting the interviews along with operations and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions.

The technical recruiter’s responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to offer job positions to the most suitable candidates.

1. Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.

2. Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.

3. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.

4. Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.

5. Performing background and reference checks.

6. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.

7. Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.

8. Keeping track of all applicants and keeping applicants informed on the application process.



1. Must have 6 to 12 months of experience.

2. A good understanding of technology and technical skills.

3. Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.

4. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.

5. Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days max.

6. Salary: to be discussed after the interview

7. Location: Work from Home / Remote
