Job Title: Citrix & Ivanti Administrator

Full-Time

We are looking for a skilled Citrix & Ivanti Administrator L2 to join our IT team. The successful candidate will provide intermediate-level support for our Ivanti environment, focusing on configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks. The Ivanti Administrator L2 will work closely with L3 administrators and other IT teams to ensure the stability and performance of the Ivanti system.

Ivanti Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Ivanti Management Suite, Ivanti Endpoint Manager, and other Ivanti solutions.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and profiles within the Ivanti system.
Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks.
Provide L2 support for Ivanti-related incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve moderate issues related to Ivanti systems, including software distribution, patch management, and endpoint security.
Escalate complex issues to L3 administrators or vendors as necessary.
Assist in the deployment and configuration of Ivanti modules and components.
Implement and manage software packages, patches, and updates using Ivanti tools.
Monitor deployment activities to ensure successful completion and compliance with policies.
Use monitoring tools to track the performance and health of Ivanti environments.
Generate and review reports on system performance, incidents, and compliance.
Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to Ivanti administration.
Work with L3 administrators and other IT teams to address cross-functional issues and projects.
Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff on Ivanti-related topics.
Citrix Key Responsibilities

Design, install, configure, and maintain Citrix infrastructure including XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Cloud.
Perform upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance tasks for Citrix components.
Monitor Citrix infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Implement and manage Citrix policies, profiles, and applications.
Provide L3 support for Citrix-related incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to Citrix environments, including performance, connectivity, and configuration problems.
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues impacting Citrix services.
Ensure Citrix infrastructure complies with organizational security policies and industry best practices.
Perform regular security assessments and implement necessary controls to protect Citrix environments.
Manage user access and permissions within Citrix environments.
Analyze Citrix environment performance and implement tuning and optimization strategies.
Use monitoring tools to track system performance and identify potential bottlenecks.
Recommend and implement enhancements to improve end-user experience and system efficiency.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of Citrix infrastructure, configurations, and processes.
Prepare regular reports on Citrix environment performance, incidents, and changes.
Develop and update standard operating procedures and best practices for Citrix management.
Lead or participate in Citrix-related projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new deployments.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project plans.
