Title: Helpdesk Support Specialist (English/Mandarin/Spanish/Japanese/Korean Speaking)
Job Description: We are seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a helpdesk or customer support role and be fluent in English and Mandarin/Spanish/Japanese/Korean.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further investigation and resolution
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions
Work closely with the development and product teams to identify and report bugs and issues
Provide training and support to customers on our products and services
Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience in a helpdesk or customer support role
Fluency in both English and Mandarin/Spanish/Japanese/Korean (written and spoken)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
Technical knowledge in Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
Ability to work flexible hours and on-call as needed
