Job Role :Data Centre Electrician / Electrical Engineer
Location : Hamburg , Germany
Language : German fluency is mandatory + English is desirable

Working area & responsibilities
Regular initial as well as regular inspection and measurement of stationary and non-stationary electrical systems and equipment.
Generation of Mandatory Protocols and “Gefährdungsbeurteilungen” according to VDE norms.
Regular checks of tools and equipment which are used for infrastructure activities and perform the “Anlagenverantwortlicher” e.g. legislative checks of tools (e.g. power drills) and ladders.
RAN nodes (DU server/Radios/eCPRI connections)
Transport N/w (Firewalls/Switches/Routers/Concentrators) o Basic Device management (Reporting of malfunctioning of devices etc.)
Telecom Lab equipment Management
Sound Knowledge on Electrical engineering fundamentals
Rack space assignment
Power cabling
LAN Cabling
Cabling for any other technology
HF Cabling
Optical cabling
Patching
Labelling of all elements and cablings
Rack mounting, dismounting, and rebuilding of elements
Dismounting of N/w elements
Documentation (e.g. assets, cabling, DGUV3)
Management and issue of Inventory numbers ( CO# Numbers)
Device Management
End User Device Logistics management
Your skillset
Candidate is responsible for electrical installation and equipment (Anlagenverantwortlicher für elektrischen Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln gem. DIN VDE 0105-100)
Installation of racks and connecting any kind of power supply shall be conducted only by a qualified electrician (Elektrofachkraft EN 50110-1:2008-09-01 chapter 3.2.3)
(Elektrofachkraft: A qualified electrician is a person who, due to its technical training, knowledge and experience as well as knowledge of the relevant standards, tasks assigned to him, evaluate and recognize possible hazards (DIN VDE 0105 Part 100))
Candidate has to provide renewed certificates proactively on a regular basis (according to regulations).
Electrical systems and equipment shall be repeatedly checked to generate BetrSichV §10 risk assessment and the DGUV Rule 3 §5 (BetrSichV §10 Gefährdungsbeurteilung und die DGUV Vorschrift 3 §5). Compliance statements and reports.
