Start Date – 1st Oct 2023 (three months contract)
JOB DESCRIPTION
2 level support
– Unblock users on local systems
– Adding permissions on local systems
– User administration in local systems (WebXL, WWW, Visual Inspect)
– Computer equipment – diagnosis, repair, replacement of hardware, preparation of new equipment for release (installation of the environment, configuration), delivery of equipment to the user
– Configuration and administration of wireless scanners
– Closing the month in WebXL
– Administration and configuration of meal dispensing system workstations
– LAN/WAN – running new Internet sockets, moving users, troubleshooting
– Software installation and configuration
– User data – copying, securing and deleting
– Creating WebXL reports
