Responsibilities:
- Manage Windows imaging processes using OSD (Operating System Deployment), MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit , and DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management).
- Hands on – on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
- Ability to coordinate with different teams during Image testing, build process and release
- Utilize SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for endpoint management, patching, and updates.
- Implement and manage Autopilot for endpoint deployment.
- Implement solutions for efficient deployment and management of endpoints across various operating systems, platforms, and device types
- Perform in place upgrades and manage hardware image management.
- Automate deployment tasks using PowerShell and VB scripts.
- Provide technical resolution for incidents and problems related to end user devices.
- Create documentation including system standards, run books, and research
- Implement and maintain IT Service Management (ITSM) tools following ITIL processes.

Requirements:
- Very good hands on experience with Windows Imaging, Autopilot, and SCCM
- Strong hands on on experience with patching.
- Experience in implementing solutions for efficient deployment and management of endpoints.
- Proficiency in OSD, MDT, and Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
- Strong hands on experience with In Place Upgrade
- Experience in automating Windows and Windows Server operating system deployment using Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK) and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
- Proficiency in creating PowerShell CLI scripts and batch scripts for automating upgrade/migration, remediation, and reporting tasks.
- In-depth experience in hardware image management for various hardware types.
- Experience providing technical resolution for incidents and problems related to end-user devices.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and experience in implementing and maintaining ITSM tools
