Job Role : Business Analyst Role – (Hybrid)
Location : Central Park Dublin, Ireland
Hybrid/ WFH: Hybrid, need to go to office when Workshops are being conducted and important meetings Finance
Contract : 4months initially and possible extension for 12 months
Note: Oracle ESS suite is mandatory skill. Profiles should have experience in Oracle EBS suite.
Start Date: Mid November or Immediate
Role Overview
ICON are embarking on a major programme of work to consolidate a business function to a new target operating model. This target operating model will require moving from multiple existing systems to a standard technology stack. It will also require changes to the existing business processes.
As a Business Analyst your role will be to
Plan and co-ordinate workshops with the Business and IT community to identify the requirements for the target systems within your area of responsibility. This will require you to gain an understanding of the current as is business and IT working models.
Produce high quality requirement documents that will identify the business and technical requirements that will drive solution design for the target model.
Produce gap analysis documentation of the as-is v’s to be models.
Responsibilities
Produce high quality requirement documents
Review and edit requirements as needed with the project stakeholders as changes are identified.
Chart new and proposed process flows.
Analyse current processes and identify requirements for eth target solution.
Act as a resource during development.
Support testing team to identify test cases and update the Requirement Traceability Matrix ( RTM).
Any other tasks as requested by management.
Support the wider project team to achieve the business outcomes.
You will need:
• 4-7 years of experience in producing high quality and detailed written documents.
• Strong organizational skills, including time management, ability to multi-task and prioritise workload (against continuous deadlines and new assignments)
• Excellent inter-personal skills, developing relationships throughout ICON functions, obtaining relevant information for use in the production of project deliverables
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various ICON teams
