English and German B2

•             experience with hands-and-eyes support for in-scope devices

•             knowledge of asset management and third-party support

•             ability to install, move, add and change devices within customer sites

•             understanding of change management and incident management processes

•             experience in patching and cabling management

•             knowledge of problem management and quality monitoring

•             familiarity with configuration management and service request management

•             capacity management and report generation

•             coordination of site integration and disaster recovery plan testing

With knowledge of the following products:LAN (Cisco, Aruba)

•             WLAN (Cisco)

•             Cisco ISE

•             Telephony: GSM und VoIP enduser devices (Android)

•             Thin Clients

•             Drucker, Plotter

•             Tools:

o             Cisco DNA Center

o             InfoBlox (IPAM)

o             ServiceNow (ITSM)

They must also have:

– strong communication and teamwork skills

– fluency in German and English

– problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

– independence and initiative

– flexibility and ability to adapt to changing needs
