DTS Registrations

1. **Eligibility**: The Photography Prize Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of Ireland, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Celtic Management Services and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. **Prize Description**: The prize consists of a professional photography session for headshots, including 20 headshots of one photo per employee. Each additional photo beyond the initial 20 can be purchased at a rate of €100 per photo. The total value of the prize is estimated at €1500.

3. **Redemption Period**: The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being notified.

4. **Non-Exchangeable Prize**: The prize cannot be exchanged for a different photography package or monetary value.

5. **Location and Scheduling**: The photoshoot will be held at the location chosen by the company. The scheduling of the photoshoot is subject to the availability of the photographer and must be arranged in advance. The booking date will be mutually agreed upon between the winner and the photographer based on availability.

6. **Delivery of Photos**: Only digital files of the photographs will be delivered. These files will be made available for download via a shared link provided by the photographer. The resolution of the digital files will be suitable for printing and personal use.

7. **Copyright and Usage**: The copyright of all photographs remains with the photographer. The winner is granted personal usage rights to the photographs for non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use of the photographs must be agreed upon separately with the photographer.

8. **Liability**: Celtic Management Services and the photographer are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.

9. **Publicity**: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Celtic Management Services to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes (Social Media Post/ winner announcement for example) without further compensation.

10. **Acceptance of Terms**: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

11. **Governing Law**: The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

12.**Lucky Draw and Winners Announcement**: to ensure a fair and random selection process a third-party tool will be used as part of the lucky draw taking place on June 4th. Winners will be contacted via email and announced on our social media platforms.
